1. Power Play Snatch Complex

 

Spend mins to find a max:

 

Snatch* + Hang Snatch* + OHS

 

*Does not have to be a squat! The only requirement is that you cannot drop the bar, and the OHS must be a squat. However, if you squat into the hang snatch, you must also complete a separate OHS.

 

 

 

2. 1 min Max Calorie Row

 

Set time to a 1 min countdown if doing the competition.

 

 

 

3. 12 min EMOM:

 

1: 15 Wall-Balls

 

2: 10 Hang Power Snatch (95/35)

 

3: 50 Double Unders

 

*work for 45 secs
