BRING A FRIEND THURSDAY!

Partner WOD - One person works at a time alternating every minute.

2 Rounds of every Min on the Minute (24 mins), partner 1 will row 150m/100m and any remaining time in the minute, will complete reps at each station.

At the start of the following minute, partner 1 will rest, and partner 2 will complete the same station as partner 1.

1) Burpees
2) Wall Balls (20/14)
3) Box Jumps (24'/14")
4) HRPU's
5) Single Arm KB/DB Snatch (53/35)
6) Alternating Goblet Lunges
