April Foundations

Tuesdays & Thursdays from April 11 through May 4. 6:45-8:00pm*

Our Foundations Course is 4 weeks long, for a total of 8 sessions. This is the beginning of your journey into fitness with CrossFit. This course will give you a base knowledge of the movements and terminology you will encounter in classes, as well as an understanding of how we use the methodology of CrossFit training for health and wellness. It, in turn, gives us the opportunity to see you move, discuss any past injuries or limitations and help set you on a plan for success.

The cost of this small group course is $200.
