Our Foundations course is 4 weeks long, Oct 5th through Oct 27th, 2 nights per week Tues & Thurs, 6:45-8:00pm. This is the beginning of your journey into fitness with CrossFit. It gives you a base knowledge of the movements and terminology you will encounter in classes as well as an understanding of how we use the methodology of CrossFit training for health and wellness. It in turn gives us the opportunity to see you move, discuss any past injuries or limitations and help set you on a plan for success.
