Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training 

1:1 Personal Training is private, in person, individually tailored training designed just for you based on your interests and goals. Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the most highly effective way to realize the results you want.  

This is a great option for anyone seeking individualized personal coaching for their first time in the gym or when returning to a fitness routine after an injury or surgery or any other long absence. 

1:1 Personal Training is also an opportunity for personally designed strength training, improved conditioning, specific sport/skill work, strength balance and mobility work.

You will be matched with one of our CFAK Staff for a personal meeting discuss your goals and to complete an initial movement assessment.

Programming will be developed just for you!

Sessions can be scheduled with your coach at your convenience any day of the week.

Remote Programming

Remote Programming is individually designed and tailored just for you based on your interests and goals. 

For Non-Members:  This is a great option for personalized programming that you can do at home with the equipment that you have available to you.  Your coach will design your programing base on your goals, be it to lose weight, train for your first triathlon or running race, to hike, bike or ski or just to be active with your kids or grandkids! 

For Members:  This is a great option for members seeking additional strength, improved conditioning, specific skill work, injury pre-hab or re-hab, strength balance or mobility work.

You will be matched with one of our CFAK Staff for a one-time meeting for assessment and to discuss your goals.

Programming will be developed for you, 3x/week for 4 weeks, and emailed to you weekly.

Workouts will be tailored to the equipment that you have at home and/or ability to utilize gym equipment.

Your coach will be available to you for an in-person re-assessment at the end of each month for a discounted 1:1 session rate of $50.
